 TERMS

 

Thank you for choosing to book with us – we hope you will enjoy your Holiday Vacation away. The following terms and conditions will apply to your booking.

 

Arrival and Departure Information

Check in: After 4pm  and Check Out: Before 11am

 

You are asked to get in touch with us a day prior to your arrival date so that we can send you the gate code, and ensure the correct arrival address is followed. A walk through of the property will be provided to ensure knowledge of all appliances and our underfloor heating system.

 

  Restrictions

A total of 2 cars can be parked at the lodge at any one time.

A maximum of 6 people (1 infant) are allowed to stay in the lodge at any one time.

We are PET FREE and DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING inside the lodge or with windows and door open, if smoking outside on the patio.

 

 Cancellation by you

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival you will receive 50% of your deposit.

 You will not be charged for the remainder of your booking fee.

Cancellations after 4 weeks will be non refundable.

 

If you cancel 4 weeks or less before arrival, or fail to check in (“no-show”), we reserve the right to retain the full balance paid for the whole of your booking, less any costs saved by us as a result of your cancellation, for example if we are able to re-let your booking date.  Cancellations must be made or confirmed in writing.  It is recommended that you take out travel insurance which provides for cancellation/emergency cover.

 

AVAILABILITY

 

High Season

Check In 4pm and Check Out 11am Saturday, 1 week minimum rental

High Season Begins May-September

(Weekly rentals are available during Boxing Day/Christmas and New Years)

Low Season and Short Breaks

Check in day can be negotiated and require a minimum of 2 nights

Short Breaks are not available during peak season. Short breaks are available from September to May excluding Christmas and New Year.

 

Properties can be booked online directly through US.  We are also available on other Holiday/vacation agency sites, but you can always book directly. 

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to lock in your confirmed travel date.  This is payable by debit or credit card. The outstanding balance is payable at a minimum of 4 weeks before the date of your holiday. For booking short notice for trips within 4 weeks of your holiday, full payment is due upon booking your confirmed date.

 

Prices provided are inclusive of VAT and include, bed linen, towels, under floor heating and electric usage. We are an Eco friendly and Eco Recognized Lodge, please recycle where appropriate, utilize our composting bin, airer, and eco friendly products when possible. We have supplied throws for extra comfort and kept artificial lighting and electrical appliances A+ Rated and to a minimum where possible.
