Follow the A1 North: Follow Directions North for Edinburgh/Berwick Upon Tweed. Once in Berwick Upon Tweed continue on the A1 Bypass and cross the River Tweed. Look for the sign post for Kelso and Paxton House B6461 on the left, just after crossing the River Tweed. Turn left onto the B6461 and stay on this road for Exactly 6 miles. Do not turn off the main B6461. Hunrig Caravan Park and Lodge is located just around the bend on your right side, with our blue, Hunrig Caravan Park and Lodge, entry signs and blue flower boxes in front of the caravan site entry.

From the North West or Edinburgh Area
Follow the A1 South to Berwick Upon Tweed for about 55 miles. At the Berwick /Morrison’s Roundabout take the A1
towards Alnwick/Newcastle. After approx 1 mile on the A1 Berwick bypass take the next exit right onto the B6461 signposted to Kelso and Paxton House. Stay on this road past Paxton House at the crossroads. You will pass 4 sharp bends (Left, right, right, left) and be upon a straight at West Fishwick Farm on your left. Hunrig Caravan Park and Lodge is located just around the left bend on your right side, with our blue, Hunrig Caravan Park and Lodge, entry signs and blue flower boxes in front of the caravan site entry.

From the West- Kelso and the Central Borders.
Follow the signs out of Kelso for Swinton and Berwick on the B6461. Pass through the villages of Ednam and Eccles, cross over the main A697 road at Orange Lane , and continue on the B6461 signposted for Berwick. Pass through the village of Leitholm and once you reach the village of Swinton , enter the village and immediately turn right up the village Main Street A6112. At the bottom end of the village, bear left on the B6461 for Berwick again. Follow the B6461 for Approximaly 6 Miles. We are located at the end of this straight on the left side with our blue, Hunrig Caravan Park and Lodge entry signs and blue flower boxes in front of the caravan site entry.

We are Easily accessible from Both Major Airports with Edinburgh and Newcastle being Just a little over an Hour away and London Heathrow just a little more than 4 hrs by Train. There are Taxi's in Berwick Upon Tweed but to enjoy your Holiday with us. a car hire is suggested from either of the nearest two local airports mentioned above.

Located in an 80 acre estate - The Holmes, St.Boswells, near Melrose, in The Scottish Borders - the animals fortunate in having been re-homed here, are accommodated in small groups in well-fenced and watered paddocks of permanent pasture, each with a field shelter.
